A few months ago, I talked with my daughters about how our brain is not a trash can where anything can be thrown, and how consuming good, informative content is important.
We need more creators who value clarity over clickbait and intent over impressions.

In my quest, I came across Roshni Mukherjee. And I’m so glad I did.

She is the force behind LearnoHub (formerly ExamFear), a YouTube channel that offers students across India free educational videos in science and math, in both English and Hindi. No ads. No fees. Just pure, accessible knowledge.

From Techie to Teacher

Once a software engineer at Infosys and HP, Roshni left her corporate job to pursue her passion for teaching and empowering students, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds who can’t afford coaching classes.

She started recording videos in her living room, and today, her platform has helped millions of students understand tough topics like physics, chemistry, biology, and maths with clarity.

Why She’s a Myth-Buster

In a world that glorifies paid coaching and high-end tuition, Roshni busts the myth that quality education needs to come with a high price tag.
Her motto? “Education should be free for all.”
And she lives by it—uploading over 6,000+ videos, consistently, without monetization.

Why We Love Her

  • She’s relatable and explains science with everyday examples.
  • She’s fearless—quit a high-paying job for a purpose.
  • She’s relentless—works solo, self-funded, and yet keeps showing up for her students.
  • She’s changing India—one video at a time.

Work Well Womaniya Salutes You!

Dear Roshni, you are not just a teacher, you are a revolution. Thank you for showing us that teaching is the noblest form of service.
