Yashoda Lodhi’s inspiring journey is a testament to resilience and determination. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, her life turned upside down when her husband, a daily wage laborer, suffered an accident, leaving her to shoulder the family’s financial burdens.
Hailing from a humble background in Uttar Pradesh and with only a Class 12 education, Yashoda refused to let her circumstances define her. Determined to create a better future and driven by the belief that being from a village shouldn’t limit her abilities, she began learning English. She confidently says, “The fact that I am a villager should not mean that I cannot speak English.”
Yashoda launched her YouTube channel inspired by the power of the internet. Her channel English with Dehati Madam now teaches spoken English and grammar. Through hard work and perseverance, she grew her channel to reach millions and now garnering nearly three crore views and earning up to ₹80,000 a month.
Yashoda’s story is an example for all womaniyas and teaches us the lesson of how grit and the digital world can empower you to overcome challenges and achieve extraordinary success.
